We are celebrating the wonderful supporters of the Global Shorebird Counts by giving away a few more things, what I'm hoping you will love. First here is a lovely T-shirt design made by one of World Shorebirds Day's very first first supporters, a former Western Hemisphere Shorebird Reserve Network conservation specialist, Meredith Gutowski Morehouse. Meredith informed me about her new Mascasa collection with unique shorebird arts, and I thought it would be the perfect gift for one of the long-time supporters of the counts.
So here is the deal. I list all checklists shared with World Shorebirds Day from at least 3 consecutive years including 2019 and I chose one checklist randomly. So if you have already submitted checklists every year since 2014/2015/2016 or 2017, you are entitled to win this T-shirt in any size and any colours available. Meredith will post this item for the lucky winner.
As checklists submissions from 2019 are keep coming, I will wait two more weeks (ending midnight, London time on the 15 of October) before making the draw. The winner will be announced in our blog and will be notified by email.
If you haven't shared your eBird checklist yet, please do it as soon as possible. If you are rookie of the Global Shorebird Counts, don't worry, just keep birding next year and the year after for GSC and you will be in the draw for more givaways.
I still have one more prize for one of the 2019 shorebird counters thanks to our long-time partner and supporter, the Birdwatching Magazine. Stay tuned and make sure you follow our new blog.
As always, I encourage you to interact and comment on our posts.
